POLICIES AT ELEMENTS JEWELRY DESIGN

We founded Elements Jewelry Design with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

We are available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CST. Any emails or messages left after hours or during the weekend will be returned the next business day. If you have any questions or difficulty placing an order, please email us at elementsjewelrydesign@gmail.com

 

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Elements Jewelry design will not share any of your email information with anyone.  You may be added to our email list, which you may unsubscribe from if you are not interested in getting emails from us.  The emails will consist of a newsletter is sent out only a few times a year to update our clients with special events or promotions.  

Our web store uses a secure system (WIX) or PAYPAL to process your credit order.  Elements Jewelry Design does not have access to private credit information.  We can only view approved, or declined purchases and the type of payment received as well as the shipping information.

 

                       SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of ordering. Please contact the studio for rush orders.

Custom and Bespoke items will vary.  Pieces are handmade by Kristen and the lead time varies from 7 business days up to 6 weeks. Please allow a few days on top of the custom order creating time for your jewelry to arrive.

We use USPS Priority shipping and offer free shipping for orders over $100.  Items ship via Priority and the first $50.00 of insurance is included.  Additional insurance is your responsibility to purchase.

We recommend using Priority Express for larger dollar amount items.  $100. worth of insurance is included with shipping fee and we cover the additional insurance when using Priority Express.  When shipping Priority Express your item will typically arrive within (U.S.) 1-2 business days.

Otherwise, Elements Jewelry Design or Kristen Iburg-Meyer is not reponsible for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise during shipping and delivery. 


 

REPAIR & WARRANTY INFORMATION

About Our Policy


To request a repair, please use our contact page and be sure to include

  • Contact name

  • Telephone number

  • Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)

  • A brief description of the problem

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair. We warranty the craftmanship of our jewelry up to 1 year.  Please refer to section on How To Care For Your Jewelry, when your jewelry item is properly worn and cared for it will last many, many years. For items purchased within the last twelve months, repairs are free of charge only if it related to a defect in craftmanship. Your item will first be inspected to determine if it falls within the warranty policy.  Damage from everyday wear and tear does not apply to our 1 year warranty.  For purchases over 12 months old, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply. In order to preserve this warranty only our studio can resize, repair or modify your jewelry item. 

Resizing:  I will cover the costs to size a ring up or down 1 size.  More than one size, there will be a sizing fee.  Fees are determined on a case by case basis.  Please contact us with any further questions.

All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.

If you've purchased an Elements Jewelry Design/Elements By K jewelry item through one of our retailers, please return the damaged item to that retailer.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How It Works

If you are not totally in love with your new piece, will are willing to exchange or issue a store credit. The store credit never expires.  This applies to Jewelry purchased within 7 days.  Jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition when you received it.  Shipping is not included in the credit.  Custom and Bespoke pieces are nonreturnable.  The item will first be inspected prior to authorizing a store credit or exchange.

Please keep item in original packaging and use a carrier with insurance and tracking. 

Elements Jewelry Design and Kristen Iburg-Meyer are not responsible for lost items.
